We've been knocking about since around 2012, slowly collecting awards and getting togther a range of classics that we're taken back to their original superb bests.  We believe that mass production has removed the 'essence' from many products.  We ask questions like...... What makes bacon 'bacony'?  Why does it shrink so much these days?  What is that sludge in the pan?

Our mantra of 'Doing Simple Things Well' can be seen in everything we do, we don't reinvent the wheel, we remind people why we fell in love with the classics in the first place.   When we release something to the public, we feel it is (in our humble opinion) the best example of 'that thing' you can find.
